This is the cheapest dinner-and-movie deal that I know of in all of Etobicoke, and the dinner itself is quite good. It's at Artisano's Bakery.

For one person it's $16.99, for 2 people it's $32.99. Considering that movies are now $12.50 each, you're basically paying $4 for a good meal.

Choice of meal is baked pizza, pasta, or soup & sandwich.

Oh, and they serve alcohol now as well.
