Davies Smith Developments (DSD) is inviting all neighbourhood explorers October 13, 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. to sample Mimico by-the-lake’s local art, food and culture and to see why Mimico is set to become Toronto's next hot spot! DSD will also be be celebrating its launch of Eleven Superior, as one of Mimico-by-the-Lake's newest condominium projects. As an historic Toronto community, Mimico-by-the-lake stands out as a unique waterfront location with lakeside trails and an active main street with a small town vibe. The event will feature neighbourhood favourites from Café du Lac, freshly brewed fair trade coffee from Birds and Beans, beer from Lake of Bays Brewing Company and a special themed cocktail by Chasers Juice! Local photographer Jeremy Sale will also be displaying his latest work showcasing the vibrant character and natural beauty of the eclectic neighbourhood. Eleven Superior by DSD is a 9 storey, 140 unit project outfitted in a chic nautical theme and is coming to the neighbourhood at a perfect time, alongside the City’s Revitalization Action Plan for the area, helping give the neighbourhood an exciting kick start.
