22 Division Police request assistance with indecent act investigation, Man arrested, Facing eight charges |

On Wednesday, January 20, 2010, police responded to a call for an indecent act in the Burlington Street/Stanley Avenue area of South Etobicoke.
It is alleged that:
- on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at 4 p.m., a man was driving a car when he approached two 13-year-old girls,
- the man exposed himself while driving by the two girls, - he then fled the scene. See previous release. It is further alleged that:
- on Monday, February 8, 2010, the accused, while driving his car, approached the same victim from the previous news release in the Burlington Street/Stanley Avenue area of South Etobicoke, and exposed himself,
- the accused fled the scene and was arrested in the area. Fernando Giraldo Velasco, 42, of Missisauga, has been charged with:
- three counts of Criminal Harassment,
- five counts of Indecent Act.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, February 12, 2010, room 205, at 10 a.m.
