On Wednesday, January 20, 2010, police responded to a call for an indecent act in the Burlington Street/Stanley Avenue area of South Etobicoke.

It is alleged that:

on Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at 4 p.m., a man was driving a car when he approached two 13-year-old girls,
the man exposed himself while driving by the two girls, - he then fled the scene. See previous release. It is further alleged that:
on Monday, February 8, 2010, the accused, while driving his car, approached the same victim from the previous news release in the Burlington Street/Stanley Avenue area of South Etobicoke, and exposed himself,
the accused fled the scene and was arrested in the area. Fernando Giraldo Velasco, 42, of Missisauga, has been charged with:

three counts of Criminal Harassment,

five counts of Indecent Act.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Friday, February 12, 2010, room 205, at 10 a.m.
