On Tuesday, August 18, 2009, at 5:17 a.m., police responded to a call for unknown trouble at the rear of 366 The East Mall.

It is reported that:

• a 20-year-old man was beaten and dragged by two men,
• the two men fled the scene on foot.

The victim was taken to hospital with serious but non?life?threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as:

1. black, 20 with a medium build. He was last seen wearing a white, cotton tank top and dark, blue, denim shorts.
2. black, 20 with a medium build.
