The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public about a sexual assault investigation.
On Sunday, June 14, 2009, at 2:54 a.m., police responded to a report of a sexual assault at The Foxxes Den, 689 The Queensway.
It is alleged that:
- a 31-year-old woman attended The Foxxes Den with a group of friends on the evening of Saturday, June 13, 2009,
- a male dancer led the woman to the basement of the building, and sexually assaulted her,
- the victim reported the assault to her friends and contacted police.
Domenic Antonelli, 35, of Toronto, is charged with
- two counts of Sexual Assault,
- Forcible Confinement.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Monday, June 15, 2009, room 206F, 10 a.m.
