Another swarming robbery in Etobicoke |

An 18 year old male reports that on May 19, 2009 at approximately 7:52p.m., he was in the vicinity of Kipling Avenue and Eglinton Avenue West when he was approached by 8 to 9 male suspects.
One of the suspects made a demand for cash. The victim did not comply.
The suspects searched the victim’s pockets and started to punch and kick him causing him to fall to the ground.
One of the suspects stabbed the victim in the right side of his lower back.
All suspects then fled the scene with the victim’s cell phone and personal effects in an unknown direction.
The victim sustained minor injuries and was transported by Toronto EMS to a hospital for medical treatment.
Police are requesting the assistance of the public in identifying the following described persons in connection with this offence.
Description of:
- Suspect #1: Male, black, 18 to 19 years, thin build, afro black hair.
- Suspect #2: Male, black, 18 to 19 years, thin build, short curly black hair.
- Suspect #3 to #9: Male, black, 18 to 19 years, NO FURTHER DESCRIPTION AVAILABLE.
