On Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at 5:47 a.m., police responded to a call for a personal injury collision in the Kipling Avenue/Finch Avenue
West area.
It is reported that:
- a 58-year-old man was walking southbound on Kipling Avenue, across Finch Avenue west, against a red light,
- a vehicle traveling westbound on Finch Avenue West, with the right-of-way, struck the man.
The man was taken to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
