Where do you go to complain about municipal services when you've exhausted all the normal channels? You now have one final resource, Toronto's first ombuds office. Fiona Crean, the ombudsman, has promised to bring fairness & impartiality to Toronto residents' dealings with the city. And the cherry on the cake is that her services will be free & confidential.
