Trash bins coming in late for people in Etobicoke |

People in Etobicoke have been expecting their new grey bins to come in the next few weeks but it looks like they might now be delayed into early next year.
The city of Toronto had hoped to complete the task of delivering the roll-out grey bins by November 1st, this is when the new fee system for garbage collection takes effect.
Unfortunately the delivery of these bins was started in the East end of the GTA and has been working it's way across to the West end so as many as 75,000 households which are mainly in Etobicoke will have to wait up to three months to receive their new grey bin.
